Live Office Hours
Each month, Rachel will hold two Virtual Office Hours for members to ask questions related to the monthly theme. Calls will be recorded and uploaded for members to access if they were unable to attend the live session. -

Our origin story.
After more than a decade of working with hundreds of clients, Rachel realized that she had discovered a recipe for well-being that consistently worked over and over again, with clients of all different ages, backgrounds, and struggles:

Therapy is expensive and only occurs for one hour each week; JoyLab is meant to be affordable and accessible 24/7, in real-time, when people need the support or the connection or the reminder.
