Common Retreat Questions
-
There are numerous therapeutic benefits of going on retreat.
First, retreats are an incredible way to get a lot of self-work done in a short period of time and make real headway on your wellbeing.
A second benefit is that this work is not done in isolation, but rather, with the support of like-minded individuals walking the same path.
Taking a break out of your life to attend a retreat will absolutely be worth it every time.
